Booklet completion guidelines

The information contained once completed is a great resource for yourself and can be used in the case of an accident, lost capacity, or on passing away.

The FamBridge ® Booket is in a question and answer format where we have endeavored to cover as many aspects of our daily living as possible. Life has become much more complex, so our questions allow you to answer each section at your own pace.  We have included several extra pages for notes throughout the booklet where you can write additional information specific to you.

We suggest you use the pencil in sections where you may need to make changes over time. Such as utility providers, changes regarding property or motor vehicles, and so on.

You can provide as much information as you wish and no doubt there will be sections you may just skip through.

As you work your way through each section, complete where applicable even if an item is owned jointly with others.

Tips

Keep your documents in a safe place and advise your trusted person so that in the case of an emergency it is accessible.

Accidents happen, be prepared. This booklet allows all your information to be in one place, saves heartache and time when looking to attend to personal matters.
